This lower back pain blog is a prime online resource for everything you need to know about it. There are tutorials that will guide you on the step by step process, and there are articles that provide enriched information for your use. It is amazing how many people have actually learned much from this site. Feel free to browse the site… there is a lot of information waiting!

I have had leg and back ache for the past 15 years, so I watched the below movie with great interest. I’d love to try it, but there is nothing on the market in the US, or at least I could find nothing.

The closest I found were ankle weights, but of course they are a different dynamic. And even beyond that, the quality of what’s on the market seems abominable.
